The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Financial Executive to lead financial strategy and drive exceptional performance in a rapidly growing environment. This transformative leader will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's financial landscape, focusing on complex financial management including stock redemption planning and trust accounts. Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years in senior finance roles, a CPA designation, and a deep understanding of multi-policy invoicing within related sectors.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in AMS 360 software, as well as budgeting tools and ERP systems, complemented by expertise in financial reporting and analysis across multiple operational sites.
Beyond technical skills, the Senior Financial Executive will champion organizational leadership by restructuring finance and accounting teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration with HR, Sales, and Operations. A strong background in compliance management, including audits and financial reviews, alongside proficiency in 401K audits and S-corp tax preparation, is essential. Ensuring operational efficiency through oversight of financial software systems will be a key responsibility.
