A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst, Retail and Payments.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute compliance management processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Proactively manage communication of status, risks, and next steps across multiple workstreams
Collaborate with various teams to develop and refine compliance policies and support audits and inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or payment processing
Familiarity with card network rules and regulatory frameworks
Strong analytical skills to assess risk and compliance concerns
Demonstrated ability to operate proactively and manage competing priorities
