FTE : PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Flex

Pay : $21.49 - $27.94 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

Provides system level support to employees and care facilities both within and outside of UCHealth related to psychiatric placement services and coordination of urgent Behavioral Health services.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordination of inpatient placement requests for internal UCHealth facilities as well as external partner facilities across the state. Development of relationships with these facilities to support a fluid transition of care.
  • Manage incoming calls, providing resources and transfers as needed, maintaining proper phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) queue to include placements, evaluations, insurance authorization, follow-up calls, and all others as needed.
  • Coordination of BH Evaluations for the UCHealth system with expansion to facilities outside of UCHealth. Understands and takes appropriate action related to priority levels and available providers.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements :

  • High School diploma or GED.
