About The Position
Seeking a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist for locum tenens coverage. This role focuses exclusively on inpatient call coverage with required interventional procedures including TEE, balloon pumps, coronary stents, IVUs, and IFR.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide 24-hour inpatient call coverage (7a-7a) and weekday / night coverage as scheduled
- Perform interventional cardiology procedures such as stents, IVUs, balloon pumps, and TEE
- Collaborate with APPs (1-2 during weekdays, 1 on weekends) to manage inpatient cardiac care
- Respond to STEMI activations and urgent consults as needed
