Position Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Team Specialist I to join our Business Services Team. This team supports our business and commercial banking clients via phone and email, providing assistance with deposit and loan products, online banking, and cash management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in banking, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to independently resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-touch, white-glove service to business banking clients.
Support business online banking platforms and troubleshoot access issues.
Handle a wide range of inquiries related to deposit accounts, lending products, ACH, wire transfers, and remote deposit capture.
Respond to internal and external email inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
Resolve complex customer issues independently and de-escalate concerns effectively.
Collaborate with internal departments to research and resolve client issues.
Monitor inbound call queues, email queues, and offline work queues.
Assist with training, documentation, and testing of new products and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 / hr.
