About the Role
We are seeking a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner Manager to lead and support our team of 4–5 remote Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) providing virtual consultations across California. In this full-time, Monday–Friday position, you'll ensure clinical excellence, optimize workflow, and collaborate closely with our genetic testing, imaging, and laboratory teams.
You'll play a key role in maintaining quality care delivery, monitoring team performance, and supporting the continued growth of HALO's precision diagnostics programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioners.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical protocols.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and foster professional growth among team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with genetic counseling, imaging, and laboratory teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient volume, satisfaction, and clinical quality metrics.
- Support workflow optimization, documentation accuracy, and adherence to telehealth best practices.
- Manage scheduling, coverage, and operational needs for the NP team.
- Stay current with evolving clinical guidelines and ensure team compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.Active NP licensure in California (additional state licenses a plus).3+ years of NP experience in telehealth, genetics, oncology, or preventive medicine preferred.2+ years of leadership, management, or team lead experience strongly preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Passion for early detection, patient education, and innovative healthcare models.Why Join Us
