Your Role
As a Seasonal Operations Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our district operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include operational support, hiring assistance, supply ordering, and various administrative tasks that contribute to the efficiency of our office. Here’s how you will contribute:
Assist with seasonal hiring processes in the H&R Block applicant tracking system while providing vital support to the District Operations Coordinator (DOC).
Help Tax Office Associates with their Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) renewal and payment processes.
Respond to communication from office staff regarding concerns or needs related to supplies and facilities; document issues, research solutions, and escalate them as necessary.
Collaborate with DOC, District General Manager (DGM), and field associates on various administrative tasks.
Source vendors for local facility issues and manage the setup of approved payment processes.
Review invoices and streamline payment processes within Coupa and/or via corporate credit card for DOC’s approval.
Maintain proficiency in the systems that support our district operations, including Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Suite, as well as other internal tools.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your performance in this role.
Take on additional duties as assigned by the DOC or in collaboration with the Company Support Manager (CSM).

Experience:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations through telephone, email, and chat.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in customer service.
Demonstrated analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable interacting with associates at all levels.
Effective time management and organization skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Experience in a Windows environment.
Some experience or willingness to learn about Microsoft operating systems, networking, computer peripherals, software applications, and remote tools.

Pay Range:
The hourly pay range for this position is $19.28 - $28.89. Compensation may be influenced by experience, education, skills, performance, and location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans, and we offer various benefits, including medical coverage, retirement plans, and more.
