Marketing & Sales Associate Urban Air Milwaukee

This is an entry-level, full-time role ideal for someone who's organized, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment. The position is split between sales and marketing responsibilities and reports to the marketing & sales manager based in orlando, fl. You will focus on executing local activities and community engagement as directed by centralized leadership.

Sales Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls and outreach to schools, churches, ptas, hoa's, sports teams, businesses, and local organizations

Qualify, follow up with, and manage leads for group events such as field trips, spirit nights, birthday parties, and team events

Attend networking events to promote the park and generate new leads

Forward qualified leads to the marketing & sales manager for support with closing

Support bookings for field trips, spirit nights, birthday parties, and other group events

Submit weekly activity reports and join weekly check-in calls

Marketing Responsibilities

Execute local promotions and events as defined by the marketing & sales management team.

Maintain in-park signage and flyers

Assist with special events and in-park activations

Create and post short-form tiktok content, following direction and guidelines provided by the marketing manager to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

Strong communication and follow-through

Comfortable with cold calling and creating content

Able to work independently with remote guidance

Familiar with microsoft office and social media tools

Organized, reliable, and eager to learn

Compensation

Pay ranges from $17-$19 per hour based off experience. Commission structure also included!!
