A company is looking for a Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop connections while meeting SLA requirements
Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex issues across various platforms and software systems
Create and maintain comprehensive Knowledge Base documentation for internal and external use
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of experience in developing, implementing, or supporting technical solutions in Mainframe
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Customer-facing software support and / or consulting experience
Technical experience with mainframe software and tools such as SMP / E, RACF, and JCL
Familiarity with obtaining debug information from joblogs, syslogs, dumps, and traps
