About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Market Access Strategy for New Technology. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of developing and executing comprehensive strategies to secure coding, coverage, and payment for the company's future portfolio of products and services. This role is pivotal in the early diagnosis of individuals at risk for coronary artery disease, and the VP will be responsible for both the strategic and operational aspects of market access. Key responsibilities include leading market access initiatives, aligning insights with organizational priorities, designing communication tools that articulate the clinical and economic value of the technologies, and driving evidence generation strategies. The VP will also engage with senior leaders, payers, and providers to secure coverage and negotiate contracts, as well as foster partnerships to support education and accelerate technology adoption. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of experience in health economics and reimbursement for medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals, with a strong network in U.S. private and government payer organizations. A minimum of 7 years' in building and leading teams in market access, payer relations, and health economics is required. The role demands exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of reimbursement mechanisms, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams. The VP will be expected to act as a subject matter expert, educating internal teams on reimbursement and market access strategies that align with the company's business objectives. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and the candidate should be prepared to travel as needed.
