Job descriptionWe are a busy household made up of two professional individuals with no kids or pets, looking for a dedicated, organized, and efficient individual to join our team as a House Manager. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our household and supporting the daily activities Oversee the daily operations of the household, ensuring a clean, organized, and well- maintained environment Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors and service providers as necessary Monitor and manage household budgets, including handling invoices and payments Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage shopping and procurement activities Coordinating grocery purchases and basic food preparation Performing basic laundry and coordinating dry-cleaning services Proven experience as a House Manager Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in managing household staff or vendors Knowledge of home maintenance and repair processes Background in event planning and coordination First Aid / CPR certification Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance Paid time off Opportunities for professional development and training
