Salary : $19-$21 per hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, appearance, and functionality. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform general repairs and preventative maintenance at the properties. This position will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Performs general plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to the facilitys equipment and systems.
• Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
• Conducts quarterly preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems continue operating properly.
• Handle service requests from tenants and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with tenants.
• Performs general safety repairs onsite to protect property and residents.
• Works to refurbish residences prior to occupancy.
• On call for emergencies.
