As our Senior GTM Recruiter, your mission will be to drive a world-class hiring operation across sales, marketing, and customer teamsleaving no stone unturned in search of high-slope operators. This is an opportunity to shape and scale our U.S. go-to-market team during a critical period of growth. This role reports directly to Rho's Head of Talent & People and is based in either our SoHo (NYC) or SF office, 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles from kickoff to close.
• Treat recruiting like half art, half science : Find creative ways to position Rho before the strongest operators in the business; A / B test messaging; take a human-first approach.
• Obsess over our metrics and beating them, all the time.
• Partner with the Talent & People org and cross-functional partners globally to advance and absorb Rho's talent brand and strategy.
• Focus on quality over quantity. We know that a lean team of A+ talent creates infinitely more value than a large team of "fine" talent.
• Act as an owner : your job is not to hire peopleit's to build a business.

What You Bring

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $173,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.
