As an MPS Technician, you are responsible for proactive and reactive services on devices we service. In this role, you will coordinate with other technical partners to ensure quick and correct fixes / changes are made to the machines. You will support new installations and decommissioning of out-of-date devices while promoting excellent customer service as an imageOne team member!

Responsibilities :
Proactive and Reactive break / fix service on HP and Xerox A3 / A4 devicesProactive and reactive toner replacementRemote triage and management / administration of fleet management tools and data collection agentsFM audit, Xerox CWW, and HP’s Web JetAdminEnsuring all devices are reporting and communicatingAccurate asset control and accountability of entire fleetOn site inventory organization and managementMaintaining and regularly adjusting needs to auto replenishmentsToner / parts ordering and recyclingSupport of new device installation, moving devices between sites, and removing / decommissioning end of life devicesAdministration and support of customer print solutionsPaperCut MFDelivering an extraordinary customer experienceBeing a representative of imageOneAd hoc reporting of customer metrics and service insightsRequirements :
Minimum of 5 years experience in printer repairPreferred : HP and Xerox manufacturer certifications (including A3 / copier lines)Knowledge and experience with IT ticketing systemsPreferred : ServiceNow and EAExperience with 3rd party print based solutionsPreferred : PaperCut MFHigh attention to detail and follow throughAbility to attain government security clearance (top secret)Preferred if already attainedExcellent communication skills – both written and verbalProfessional attitude with a desire to learn and growProficient with Microsoft O365 suiteStrong interpersonal and analytical skillsAlignment with imageOne core valuesimageOne benefits :
