Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time School Psychologist position offers a unique opportunity to support K-12 students in a vibrant rural community on the Oregon Coast. The role is based near Astoria, OR, within a school serving grades K-12, and follows a 25-26 school year contract schedule. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm, providing consistency and a balanced work-life routine.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations for student eligibility and implementing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). This position requires an Oregon License and a strong understanding of state laws and educational systems. Familiarity with rural community dynamics is highly valued, allowing for effective collaboration with families and educators in the region.
