Locums – CRNA – Troy, New York

Start Date : January 2026 (Full-Time)

Contract Length : Ongoing

Position Overview

Shift Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Call Requirements :

Weeknight Call : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Weekend Call : 24-hour coverage (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 AM)

Setting : Hospital-based practice

Supervision Model : 1 physician to 3 CRNAs

Case Mix : General Surgery, Endoscopy, Vascular, OB, Orthopedic, Bariatric Surgery, UroGyn

Excluded Cases : No Cardiac, No Neurosurgery, No Thoracic

Location Coverage : Single campus only (no travel)

Operating Rooms : 7

Patient Population : Primarily adults; low volume of pediatrics

Procedures : Spinal and epidural anesthesia required

OB Details :

~100 deliveries per month

Low epidural rate due to large midwifery program

Cesarean section rate approximately 15%

EMR : Epic

Credentialing Timeframe : 2–3 months (expedited with active NY license)

Requirements

Board Certification : NBCRNA – Required

Licensure : Active New York License – Required

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required

Experience : Must be proficient in spinal and epidural anesthesia

Geographic Restriction : Provider cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility
