What You'll Do :

• Prepare and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and distribute shipping paperwork including packing lists, bills of lading, invoices, and export paperwork.
• Operate multiple systems such as JDE, UPS WorldShip, Navisphere, PowerPick, and TMC to manage logistics.
• Safely load / unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks; package and store parts to prevent damage.
• Maintain warehouse organization, labeling, and equipment in safe working condition.
• Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory record accuracy.
• Assist in customer related quality reporting as well as internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations to prioritize urgent shipments.
• Manage freight cost reporting, invoicing, and other shared services tasks.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
