About the role

Build flavor collection with knowledge-based flavors. Work closely with Flavor Creation, Applications, Sample Dept. and Sensory to build a robust flavor portfolio. Schedule weekly tastings, identify flavor gaps, and optimize the flavor portfolio. Coordinate with samples to ensure available inventory. Collaborate with marketing on flavor promotions. Interface with customers to build a solid relationship. Promote and utilize portfolio flavors. Respond to projects with a sense of urgency.

Key responsibilities

• Create a robust Flavor Portfolio that will service ‘off-shelf’ submissions projects.
• Maintain the Portfolio by adding superior new flavors and remove those that become ineffective.
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure new trends and Marketing initiatives are represented within the Portfolio.
• Develop process and suggest IT changes to capture application data for flavor evaluated in application.
• Coordinates with multiple departments to ensure data integrity
• Build collection of flavors for Portfolio across a variety of applications.
• Develop Process to captures Application data from Applications teams for all flavors
• Prioritize workload across all customers’ sample requests (new and resamples).
• Work with marketing and flavor creation to identify and fill gaps in the portfolio
• Establish core flavor list and maintain inventory through the Sample group.
• Work with multiple departments, R&D, Sales, Business Support, Operations
• Interface with customers as needed.

Qualifications and skills

The typical hiring range for this role is $123,859 to $213,784 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
