Schedule : Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (exact hours to be confirmed)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Quality Technician I to join our Quality Engineering team. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity of our fastening systems through rigorous testing, inspection, and calibration. Primary Responsibilities

Conduct testing for finished products and raw materials
Audit production lines to ensure products meet specifications
Complete internal calibrations on schedule
Review material certifications and report discrepancies
Accept or reject product and communicate results with teams
Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper functionality
Report quality issues to management
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

1–3 years of experience in a quality testing role

Tool testing experience preferred

Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in teams

Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and computer systems

Ability to accurately and efficiently record testing outcomes

Requirements

Proficient math skills and ability to read, write, add, and subtract

Above average manual dexterity

Ability to lift, stoop, bend, walk, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds

Comfortable working in environments with noise, dirt, and fumes (within OSHA limits)

Must be able to stand for approximately 75% of the shift

Must be comfortable with potential exposure to lost-time accidents (hands, arms, feet, or back)
