NOC Technician (TS / SCI)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking NOC Technicians to join a critical DoD program in Springfield, VA . The team is seeking network specialists to provide operations and maintenance and troubleshooting supporting to Security and Electronic Systems.

Clearance : TS / SCI required

Location : Springfield, VA (100% on-site)

Responsibilities of the NOC Technician :

• Continuously monitor application and network performance to identify potential issues.
• Review system alerts, validate incidents, and escalate unresolved problems to Tier 2 or higher support teams.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting, document findings thoroughly, and update the ticketing system accordingly.
• Ensure consistent operational coverage during assigned shifts.
• Prepare and distribute reports as required.
