Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative to assist in collecting on past due accounts and providing customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts

Provide top-tier support and service to customers

Required Qualifications

Prior customer service and collections experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Must be 18 years or older

Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience in a call center environment

Must reside within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT
