Home Health LPN. HCHB experience preferred.

Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Must meet minimum productivity expectations of 32 points per week.

Area of coverage is Camden Point, Farley, Platte City, Smithville, Waldron, Weston, N Kansas City, Kansas City, Riverside, Dearborn, Edgerton

No on call or weekends
