A family-oriented household in Anderson , SC is seeking a proactive, kind-hearted Live-Out Nanny to join their home and be a supportive partner to Mom in caring for their children and keeping the household running smoothly. The ideal candidate is easygoing, dependable, and positive , with a sense of humor and strong communication skills. This role is perfect for someone who can read the room , step in where needed, and maintain a calm, structured, and loving environment.

Duties include light housekeeping , helping with dishes , tidying up common areas , coaching the children to take responsibility for chores (cleaning up after snacks, sweeping, putting away laundry), and assisting with organization projects for the kids’ clothes and toys. The nanny will also prep easy lunches and snacks , and  run occasional errands

The family lives on a small property with a dog, cat, chickens, and cows , so a comfort with animals is essential. When conflict arises, they value a  teaching approach —helping the children explain themselves, redirecting behavior, encouraging apologies, and reinforcing kindness through actions rather than harsh punishment.

Monday - 9 : 30a - 3 : 30p

Tuesday - 3 : 30 - 9 : 30p

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday -  9 : 30a - 3 : 30p

Some date nights Monday or Tuesday as well.
