Job Description :
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Deputy Director to provide leadership over our Talent Management, Compliance, Employee Relations, Wellbeing, HRIS, and Analytics functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring our organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a strong foundation of compliance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities :
- Drive the adoption of data-driven HR strategies; leverage HR data analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and drive data-informed continuous improvement;
- Champion the adoption and integration of cutting-edge HR technologies, including AI and automation tools, to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness;
- Provide strategic leadership over the development and implementation of comprehensive talent management and succession planning strategies, considering Group policies and initiatives;
- Oversee staff wellbeing initiatives and staff awards;
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and Group policies through audits and compliance reviews, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks;
- Establish and maintain effective governance over employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring fairness and consistency;
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment;
- Manage the HR budget strategically, ensuring efficient resource allocation;
- Perform HR improvement work as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on Talent Management and compliance;Experience in implementing and utilizing AI-powered HR solutions;Strong understanding of AI and automation principles and applications in HR;Proven success in developing and implementing talent management programs;Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.About IMH :
