Billing Manager

What You'll Be Doing :

• Preparing and reviewing billing reports and financial data to support organizational budgeting and financial management
• Training and developing a bill staff of five team members
• Ensuring accurate and timely billing of services to insurance companies and other payers
• Supporting compliance with policies, HIPAA regulations, and industry standards
• Handling accounts receivable and working to resolve outstanding balances
• Addressing and resolving managed care rejections and denials through appeals
