Endeavor has partnered with a well-capitalized, growing commercial real estate debt fund based in Orange County, CA. The firm is looking to hire an experienced commercial real estate lending professional with bridge loan experience to lead originations in the Los Angeles market.

The Opportunity

As the Bridge Loan Officer leading the Los Angeles region, you will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, and ensuring strong deal execution. Core responsibilities include :

• Originate and close new loan opportunities, with a focus on bridge loans, across the Los Angeles market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and agents.
• Build a strong pipeline of high-quality loan prospects.
• Structure competitive loan solutions aligned with client needs and company goals.
• Partner with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to deliver smooth, timely fundings.
• Compensation : Competitive Base Salary plus uncapped commission potential.
