The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, store maintenance, managing payroll budgets, ensuring store standards and compliance, leading safety meetings, and ensuring customer service standards meet company expectations.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and skills in managing, communicating, and interacting well with customers and associates.
Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending and twisting frequently, and operating a motor vehicle with a valid state-issued license.
