Insurance Sales Representative

State Farm Agency, located in Portland, OR has an immediate opening for an Insurance Sales Representative. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set!

This is an in-office position, please only apply if you are able to make the commute to our office located in Portland, OR.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
