• Patient ratio experience
• Charting system experience with Cerner
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center

Description :

Position available for an ICU Registered Nurse.

Shift consists of three 12-hour shifts each week from 07 : 00 to 19 : 30.

The position requires every other weekend commitment, totaling 2 weekends per month.

Request time off (RTO) is limited to a maximum of 5 days, with no more than 2 consecutive days off.

No RTO is permitted on holidays or on the day before or after a holiday.

Weekend availability is also mandatory.

Floating to different units is required, including various ICU units and, if necessary, to medical-surgical units.

Orientation and precepting will take place during the first week on day shift.

The facility is a mandatory float facility, and all resources are expected to float as needed.

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in a variety of ICU skills, including arterial line management, ventilator management, and the care of ventilated patients.

Documentation will be performed using computerized systems.

All staff must comply with vaccination requirements prior to the start date.
