Associate Dentist -Yorktown, VA

Our well-established private practice in Yorktown, VA is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our dedicated and supportive team. This position offers a welcoming environment, excellent mentorship, and the opportunity for long-term growth within the practice.

Schedule :

Monday - Thursday 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Some Fridays 9 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Perform restorative procedures including cavity preparation and fillings.
  • Occasionally perform cleanings as needed.
  • Maintain excellent patient communication and chairside manner.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of 12 to deliver quality patient care.

Requirements :

  • Active Virginia Dental License and DEA License.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Strong clinical skills, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Team-oriented with a passion for patient care and continuous growth.
  • Experience preferred but not required – mentoring and clinical development will be provided.

    • Pay & Compensation :

  • 31–35% of collections, based on experience.
