Within the Business Cards & Payments organization, our Field Sales teams work with Small and Mid-Sized Business owners to create long term, meaningful relationships to better understand their business and their entire B2B wallet. Our Regional Sales Team, through a consultative approach, is able to help small & mid-sized business owners with the right products to optimize the rewards and benefits they receive.

This role will lead a team of Local Market Leaders within a specific geographic market and is responsible for achieving revenue and financial objectives for their market. You will put your day-to-day leadership skills to the test and will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales leaders, and supporting those leaders as they manage their teams.
As a Regional Vice President, you will report directly to the Head of Field Sales for Business Cards & Payments and will be responsible for building and leading high performing locally based leaders and teams that deliver against the defined objectives including : recruiting, onboarding, and training of new leaders and individual contributors, and day-to-day leadership of the team. This individual will be integral to the ongoing development of the organization's strategy and objectives.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Sales Territory : $181,800 - $207,500 for Dir, Regional Customer Devel Phoenix, AZ : $181,800 - $207,500 for Dir, Regional Customer Devel Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
