You will drive engineering excellence, build scalable systems capable of handling heavy transaction volumes, and ensure the security and reliability of critical infrastructure. This role involves mentoring engineers, guiding technical strategy, and collaborating closely with product, operations, and cross-functional teams. You will shape the architecture of services, contribute to the product roadmap, and solve complex challenges in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Accountabilities :

• Lead a distributed team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight.
• Design, implement, and maintain microservices and high-performance systems using Rust.
• Develop scalable, low-latency, and secure platforms that support trading operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on product roadmap objectives and operational priorities.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with best practices for high-volume trading environments.
• Drive technical strategy, process improvements, and adoption of modern engineering practices within the team.
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical insights effectively to stakeholders.
