DSP (Direct Support Professional)

Harry Meyering Center supports people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their homes and community.

Objective : Provide support to those with developmental disabilities in a person-centered way. Encourage independence and daily personal growth while assisting with cares and engaging in home and community activities.

Wage :

• $18.00 per hour for full-time employees after the completion of a 90-day introductory period, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour.
• $16.50 per hour for part-time employees after the completion of a 90-day introductory period, with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

Schedule :  Work anywhere from 8 to 40 hours a week! This includes working at least every other Saturday and Sunday.  Plus, fill-in and holidays. Shifts may include 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM, 3 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM, or other short shifts, including 12 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 PM or 4 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 PM
