Finance Manager
The Finance Manager plays a critical role in driving financial performance through strategic analysis, reporting, and collaboration with business unit leaders. This position leads budgeting and forecasting processes, prepares monthly financial packages, and identifies opportunities for cost savings and growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in GAAP, advanced Excel and data tools, and excels in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential for mentoring staff and presenting insights to senior executives.
This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports to company leadership and Corporate department heads.
- Track expense and revenue vs. budget and analyze fluctuations.
- Assist in preparing monthly company consolidation and leadership financial package.
- Partner with departments and business units in capital expense budgeting, forecasting and analyzing fluctuations.
- Assist in leading the annual and long-range plan budgeting processes, potentially to include managing budgeting software and consolidating business unit inputs.
- Seek opportunities to streamline and automate financial reporting where possible.
- Analyze financial data and KPIs, spotting trends and developing forecasts.
- Use analysis to identify opportunities for growth or cost savings within the business and provide guidance as needed.
- Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive organizational profitability improvements.
- Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed, including those arising from periodic M&A activity.
- Create presentation materials suitable for presentation to senior executives and the board of directors.
- Promptly report allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
- Comply with VtylOne's Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne's Compliance Program.
- Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare / Medicaid lists.
- Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
- Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
- Develop and mentor departmental staff by providing career coaching; motivate departmental staff, individually and as a group; understand and support diversity; and establish an effective team.
- Participate in initial and annual performance evaluations.
- Promote teamwork; discipline staff when warranted.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics or equivalent work experience. Master's level or CPA preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years' experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis.
