Territory Sales Manager - Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing

Location : New Mexico / West TX (Lubbock / Albuquerque Metro Areas)

A leading manufacturer in the commercial roofing and waterproofing market is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to cover the New Mexico / West TX market. This role focuses on driving product demand with contractors, distributors, and architects while supporting field applications and specifications.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop relationships with contractors, distributors, and design professionals.
  • Drive product awareness through presentations, job site visits, and project calls.
  • Support internal teams with estimates, delivery, and client service.
  • Track opportunities in CRM and maintain a strong project pipeline.

Qualifications :

  • 3-7+ years of sales experience in commercial roofing, waterproofing, or building materials.
  • Strong contractor / distributor relationships in the local market.
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and deliver results.
  • Self-motivated, field-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

    • Compensation : Competitive base salary + Uncapped commission, full benefits, and tools provided.
