We are seeking a forward-thinking Asset Health Analyst with strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a strategic mindset to support our reliability and asset performance initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in predictive maintenance, especially in vibration analysis (CAT II / III), who are ready to take on a proactive, data-driven role.

The successful candidate will work with online condition monitoring systems and process data, using advanced diagnostic tools to identify equipment anomalies, predict failures, and deliver technically sound, data-backed recommendations.

Strong communication skills are essential, as the analyst will translate complex diagnostics into clear, actionable insights, facilitating alignment with maintenance, operations, and reliability teams.

This position plays a key role in enhancing asset reliability, plant availability, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced Pulp & Paper environment.

Level of Education & Knowledge :

• Certification in Vibration Analysis - ISO Category II (required).
• Certification in Vibration Analysis - ISO Category III is a plus
• Additional certifications in predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., ultrasound, thermography) are a plus.
• Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred).

Proficiency with SKF software platforms and vibration data collectors.
