A national leader in the boutique fitness industry is seeking a qualified Sales and Marketing Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. POSITION : The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the delivery of our sales targets and metrics
REQUIREMENTS :
2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experienceConfident in generating personal sales, cold call and digital lead conversionsProven experience in social media marketingAbility to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retailData driven, experienced with navigating CRMs, tracking and delivering metric targetsMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phoneMust be solution-based, results oriented, possess a competitive spirit and ability to deliver with a sense of urgencyAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracyAble to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and relatableTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio softwareCollege Degree PreferredCandidates must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.DUTIES :
Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networkingSchedule and participate in networking / community events and studio promotionsSecure and convert organic and digital leadsManage our social media presence and drive social media marketing campaignsImplement sales process to schedule prospects into first visit and membership salesDrive retail salesManage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studioConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individuals needs and wantsProficiency in gym management software and POS to include revenue reports, etc.Independently make decisions related to high level customer serviceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the studioEnforce studio policies and proceduresAny other duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & PERKS :
