Maintenance Technician II

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm.

As a Maintenance Technician II , you’ll take the lead on maintaining and repairing our facilities—ensuring every space meets safety, comfort, and compliance standards that support quality care. From performing skilled trade work to assisting with small in-house projects, your expertise helps sustain the environments where healing and hope thrive.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong maintenance or skilled trade experience who values independence, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of keeping vital systems running smoothly in support of a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across facilities while ensuring compliance with local building, safety, and fire codes.
• Enter and track work orders using the computerized maintenance management system.
• Work independently to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Assist with in-house facility projects and collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all regulatory and safety procedures.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High School Diploma or GED preferred
