Orion Group is hiring a  Compliance Operations Analyst  for our pharmaceutical client who will provide critical administrative and operational support to the Compliance Operations OPENDOOR Team , ensuring alignment of Healthcare Organization (HCO) and Vendor Company Organization (VCO) data within internal systems. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong organizational and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage multiple systems and tasks in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Support : Assist in developing and maintaining the HCO / VCO alignment database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
• Administrative Coordination : Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, manage departmental files, and ensure compliance with corporate and legal documentation guidelines.
• System Navigation : Utilize multiple proprietary systems and software platforms efficiently to perform daily operational tasks.
• Meeting & Calendar Management : Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Compliance Operations colleagues and other internal stakeholders to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism : Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to team efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
