Material Handler

Trigo Global Quality Solutions has one immediate opening for Material Handler in Chillicothe, IL.

This position pays $16.50 - $18.00 per hour. Hours for this position are 6 : 30AM - 3 : 00PM.

Overall Purpose

Ensure quality services and support for all missions assigned to their site.

Reports to

Site Supervisor / Site Leads

Responsibilities

To include but not limited to the following :

• Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria.
• Sort material as needed.
• Accurately and legibly fill out paperwork daily.
• Perform record- and time keeping activities as required.
• Complete damaged goods reports and / or accident reports as required.
• Use power- and hand tools typically found in a warehouse environment.
• Checks parts for non-conformance per work instructions and / or criteria.
• Makes pass / fail decisions on non-conformance items.
• Use powered industrial trucks and pallet jacks to move material within the work area.
• Complete other duties and / or responsibilities as assigned.
