Construction Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects within the DC Metro region, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client relationships, while driving project success through proactive planning and execution. The Successful Applicant

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least one project as lead PM from start to finish valued at $20M or more.
• Strong background in ground-up construction and renovations, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, and Excel.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
