Description of Responsibilities : Great customer service skills. The E-Books Handler III is a supervisory position that oversees all functions related to the distribution of books and media for on-line sales, stores and after-market. This includes, but is not limited to, the operation of the automated book sorter and supervising E-Book Handlers I and II. This job requires attention to detail, technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot and address operational issues. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technology and processes is a must in this position.

Required Experience : High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience as an E-Books Handler I or II, or similar position, required.

Required skills : Ability to perform all functions of E-Books Handler I and II, with the exception of the operation of the forklift. Instruct, supervise and provide leadership to E-Books Handlers I and II. Assist in training and evaluating performance of department employees. Meet or exceed all processing and production goals for the E-Books department as designated by manager. Consult with manager to establish quality control guidelines, and ensure that team meets or exceeds them. Follow and enforce all Goodwill SWFL and department policies and procedures. Work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business. Other related duties as assigned by manager.
