Urology Physician

Specialty : Urology Type of Position : Permanent Shift / Work Schedule : Clinic and OR Monday Friday Work Hours : 40 hours / week (7 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM) Call Schedule : 1 weekend a month, plus 1-2 weeknights per week. Doctor is on backup call with AP taking 1st call. Start Date : ASAP. Credentialing takes 120 days Facility Type : Hospital based with clinic Clinical Setting : Inpatient, Outpatient, Telemedicine Patients Per Day : 20-30 Procedures required : General Urology. Robotics available . Support Staff : CMA / LPN / RN / APC Credentialing Time Frame : 120 days Location : Stillwater MN, Hudson WI, New Richmond WI, Amery W I Additional Location Information : Multiple sites in MN / WI available. Physician would not work at more than two sites.
