• Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 30+ units per week expected productivity
• Home health setting
• 2-3 years physical therapy experience preferred
• Weekend rotation as needed
• 13-week assignment length
• Documentation due within 24 hours
• Home Health Care Brand experience preferred
