Module Assembly Manufacturing Engineer (Onsite)
Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Module Assembly Manufacturing Engineer to support the North Berwick facility's on-time delivery goals.
What You Will Do
- Interpret approved technical data such as blue prints, web assembly drawings, table of limits, quality assurance documents, Pratt & Whitney America specs, etc., which will flow down into process work instructions
- Perform FECC (First Engine Configuration Check), FCCA (First Configuration Check Audit) and controlled builds
- Perform temperature differential calculations, torque process and basic assembly processes; review tool designs, mark-prints, issue request forms, track tool changes and corrections; perform necessary gage correlations; familiarity with write in's, swaps, and work order processes
- Create, modify and update work instructions in HMS and Solumina; support and assist in TAT reductions, on-time delivery goals and ergonomic improvements
- Complete PPAP package and work Manufacturing Readiness Levels
- Review engineering "hold" items and provide floor support on a daily basis and determine proper course of action; develop new equipment, process and troubleshoot problem operations
- Be available for off-shift coverage based on business requirements
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 2+ years' experience in engineering, operations management, manufacturing, quality or closely related environment OR a Master's degree and 1+ year of experienceExperience managing multiple competing prioritiesExperience reading and interpreting blue printsSecret Clearance OR be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret ClearanceU.S. Citizen; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is requiredQualifications We Prefer

This role is Onsite : Employees will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Salary range : 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Compensation offers consider role, responsibilities, experience, location, education, and skills.
