They are now seeking exceptional software engineers to join their Agent Engineering team in San Francisco. This is an opportunity to work in a highly technical, fast-paced, and high-ownership environment solving real-world problems with AI.

What You Will Do

• Take full ownership of designing, building, and shipping best-in-class AI agents used across industries such as healthcare, finance, and hospitality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and directly with customers to understand their needs and develop scalable agent-based solutions.
• Drive projects end-to-end - from ideation and implementation to performance tuning and post-launch iteration.
• Work on complex system design problems involving Python, asynchronous programming, and high-scale backend architectures.
• Be a key contributor in shaping product and technical direction in a startup environment known for rapid shipping and iteration.
