Tech Lead for AI & Data

A company is looking for a Tech Lead with AI & Data expertise (Remote, LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical effort for the Delivery Team, ensuring clarity and confidence with clients and team members

Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure data pipelines across cloud platforms

Mentor team members and facilitate technical growth while maintaining high standards through code reviews

Required Qualifications

2 to 3 years of experience leading technical development

Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP)

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark; experience with Apache Airflow and dbt

Solid understanding of data governance and security standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2)

Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
