ERP Data Entry Clerk

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a fast-paced operations team. This role is primarily computer- and clerical-focused, processing order information across multiple websites, entering data into an ERP system, and keeping documentation organized and accurate.

You’ll work directly alongside the Shipping Supervisor, learning processes day-to-day and helping ensure orders are entered correctly as the company transitions to a new ERP platform. While the work is mostly clerical, you’ll also cross-train with the .com team to assist with light packing tasks on slower days.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, coachable, and able to stay calm and accurate during busy days.

Compensation

• Direct employment (not temp)
• $18/ hr
• $1,000 bonus after 90 days

Shift

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00 - 4:00pm (with small day-to-day adjustments)

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Enter order details accurately into the ERP system and update information as needed.
• Pull order data and requirements from multiple customer websites and online portals.
• Maintain clear, organized notes and written instructions to document daily tasks and processes.
• Prepare and print labels, review order information, and update logs or paperwork.
• Communicate with internal teams when order details are missing, unclear, or need clarification.
• Support the Shipping Supervisor with general clerical tasks and daily workflow.
• Assist with light packing tasks in the .com area during slower periods, including preparing small products or kits.
• Lift, move, or carry boxes and small packages as needed to support packing or order prep (generally 20–40 lbs).
• Help organize work areas and ensure product is staged or boxed correctly when assisting other departments.
• Cross-train in nearby departments and assist wherever support is needed.
• Maintain a positive, flexible, and dependable attitude in a sometimes fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and clerical skills; comfortable navigating multiple websites.
• Experience in data entry, administrative support, customer order processing, or similar clerical roles.
• Ability to learn and work within ERP systems; familiarity with QAD or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and dependable note-taking skills.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable, dependable, and willing to ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to assist with light packing or .com tasks when required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes or small packages (typically 20–40 lbs) when assisting other departments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
