Job descriptionCurrent New Jersey Registered Nursing (RN) License Serve as an advocate for student health and wellness Administer prescribed medications and treatments during the school day Provide emergency first aid and manage acute health situations Maintain and update student health records and documentation Monitor and manage chronic health conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma) Communicate with parents / guardians regarding student health concerns Implement infection control and hygiene protocols Collaborate with school staff and administrators to support student needs Report incidents of bullying, harassment, or abuse per district policy Comply with Ridgefield BOE’s purchase order and service verification processes Any other duties as assigned.
Job Description
Adelphi is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide substitute nursing services for students in Ridgefield, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will advocate for student health and safety, administer medication and first aid, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with school health policies and state regulations.
