StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $2619.00 - $2835.00

This facility is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : December - ongoing

Practice Setting : Inpatient

Types of Cases : procedures required are Amnio preferred, Cerclage required, Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS) is a plus but not required

Credentialing Timeframe : temporary privileges available

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic

Certifications Required : Must be board certified

Licensure Required : must have an Illinois license
